- Processing time: 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 12PM (NZT) on a working day leave our warehouse the same day.
- Delivery time: 2–4 working days for non-rural addresses. Rural delivery addresses take an extra 1–2 working days.
- Shipped from our New Zealand warehouse – no overseas delays or customs fees.
- Smaller items go by courier, bulky items by freight. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address.
Warranty & Returns
- 14-day returns: unused, in the original condition and packaging.

- Change of mind: a 20% restocking fee applies (minimum $5), refunded as a store gift card. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
