Returns and Exchange Policy

14 Days Return/Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange, unless required by law.

To be eligible for a change of mind returns or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that it is in its original packaging (if any) to qualify for a return.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned to us, including health and beauty products, perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also cannot accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you intend to initiate a return, we kindly request you to be aware that the return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the product's cost, excluding the initial shipping charges incurred at the time of order placement. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to the refund amount.

In the event of a defective or damaged item, we do offer exchanges. If you need to exchange the item for the same one, please reach out to us via our contact us page and our team will be happy to assist you.

Regarding refunds, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. Afterward, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment within a specified period.

 

In the event your order does not arrive, to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 10 days of dispatch to allow for the required 14-day investigation period.

If you cancel your order during non-contact service hours or once the item has been dispatched, it will then need to be put through a returns process.
