Ordering & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Afterpay, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at order@grabstore.co.nz. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.

Yes, absolutely. Grabstore uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We are a New Zealand-based business and all purchases are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

Yes, Afterpay is available at checkout on eligible orders. Simply select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout and follow the prompts to set up your payment plan.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days for urban addresses across New Zealand. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–3 working days. All products are in stock in New Zealand and dispatched promptly after your order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. We do not offer manual combined shipping — the system calculates the most accurate rate for your order automatically.

Yes, we deliver to rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Please allow an additional 1–3 working days on top of the standard delivery timeframe for rural deliveries.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us at order@grabstore.co.nz.

No. Grabstore operates as an online-only store to keep our prices competitive. All orders are dispatched via courier. Pickup is not available.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to initiate a return. Generally, items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at order@grabstore.co.nz with photos of the damage. Claims reported after 7 days may not be accepted by the courier company.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If there is no movement or your package appears lost, contact us within 14 days of your order date at order@grabstore.co.nz.

Products & Stock

Yes. All products listed on Grabstore.co.nz are held in stock in New Zealand. There are no overseas delays, no customs fees, and no surprise import costs when you order from us.

Yes. Applicable products on our store comply with New Zealand product safety standards. We take compliance seriously as a New Zealand-based retailer.

If a product is showing as out of stock, please contact us at order@grabstore.co.nz and we can advise on expected restock dates or suggest a suitable alternative.
