Sourdough Proofing Baskets Bread Baking Kit with Banneton Basket

Natural Rattan Bread Proofing Basket Set

Features
Natural Rattan Material:
Our oval and round bread proofing baskets are made from 100% Natural rattan cane, free from dyes and chemicals, making them safe for family use.

100% Handmade:
Crafted with exquisite handmade craftsmanship, our baskets feature a smooth surface with no splinters. When fully dusted, the sourdough will maintain its shape and easily slip onto the baking surface. Suitable for any dough rising, including sourdough bread.

Easy To Use:
Our rattan bannetons are non-stick and breathable. They help hold the shape of the loaf and wick moisture away from the dough surface, which makes slashing easier and creates a crisper crust. This will help you make delicious and healthy bread.

Easy to Clean:
Generally, it's enough to clean the rattan baskets of flour and dough with a scrub brush. You can also use a wet cloth periodically for more thorough cleaning. With proper handling, your rattan basket can last for years.

All in One:
Our baking set includes:

10 inch oval proofing basket
One dough scraper Metal
One dough scraper Plastic
One linen liner cloth
One bread lame with five extra blades
This set is designed for both professional bakers and amateurs alike.

First Time Use Instructions:
Lightly mist water on the banneton basket.
Lightly dust your basket with flour before use, then tap out the excess. The flour will act as a non-stick ingredient and collect moisture, which is essential for proofing.
