Cancelling or changes in order

Our dispatch team at Grabstore.co.nz processes orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 12PM (NZT) on a working day leave the same day, unless we advise you otherwise.

If you do need to cancel or modify an existing order for any reason, please contact us to let us know. This includes changing your delivery address, adding and removing items.

Please note that we do our best to make any changes, but can not make any changes after it shipped out.
