Cancelling or changes in order
Our dispatch team at Grabstore.co.nz shipped out customer order same working day before 3:00 PM NZT unless otherwise advise to customer.
If you do need to cancel or modify an existing order for any reason, please contact us to let us know. This includes changing your delivery address, adding and removing items.
Please note that we do our best to make any changes, but can not make any changes after it shipped out.
